Are you a physical therapist or just want to volunteer at this orphanage? You could work with Richard who overdosed on sleeping pills, resulting in him now having difficulty walking. He needs daily exercise and undivided attention in order to improve his physical mobility and mental state, as he has great potential for a normal life.
