There are 73 children at the home and they live very much like a Charles Dickens novel. The children sleep either on the cold floor or 3 to 4 to a bunk bed and most of the children spend their day barefoot because they do not have any shoes. Although these children really live in poverty, they are always smiling and very sweet natured and would love any volunteers to visit.
