Hundreds of monkeys are found wandering around the forest remains and local village. The natives believe that these monkeys are sacred and so protect them.The monkeys can be seen early morning within the village as they search the streets looking for food, later in the day they tend to head for the forests surrounding the villages and guides may be needed to help locate them.
